Recently, our School received the certificates of inclusion of CSSCI (2023-2024) from the Institute for Chinese Social Sciences Research and Assessment, Nanjing University. Three journals, including Documentation, Information & Knowledge (in Chinese), Publishing Journal (in Chinese) and Journal of Information Resources Management (in Chinese), managed by our School, were selected into the CSSCI again.

Documentation, Information & Knowledge (in Chinese), sponsored by the National Social Science Fund of China, national Chinese core journal, authoritative journal of AMI comprehensive evaluation of Chinese journals of Humanities and Social Sciences, and Scopus indexed. It is a comprehensive academic journal of national primary subject of Library, Information, and Archives Management, and has a good reputation in this field. It is supervised by Ministry of Education of China and managed by Wuhan University, and undertaken by the School of Information Management and the Center for Studies of Information Resources, Wuhan University. It has been continuously rated as Excellent Library Science Journal in China and Excellent Journal in Hubei Province, and has been listed in the Recommended List of High Quality Journals by the Federation of Management Societies of China (FMS). Documentation, Information & Knowledge (in Chinese) has its own website, online submission and reviewing system, WeChat official account, and offers open access services. Since the first issue of CSSCI was published in 1998, this journal has been indexed in the CSSCI ever since.

Publishing Journal (in Chinese), national Chinese core journal, core journal of AMI comprehensive evaluation of Chinese journals of Humanities and Social Sciences, indexed in the Reprint Index of Newspapers and Journals by Renmin University of China, EBSCO, Excellent Journal in Hubei Province, and is sponsored by Wuhan University's Special Project for Construction of Excellent Journals of Humanities and Social Sciences. It is supervised by the Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television of Hubei Province, and undertaken by Hubei Editorial Society and Wuhan University. It was launched in 1993 and till now has been published by the School of Information Management, Wuhan University since 2006. Publishing Journal has shown its own characteristics in similar professional journals with its high quality and academic innovation, and has great repercussions in the publishing field. Publishing Journal (in Chinese) has its own website, online submission and reviewing system, WeChat official account, WeChat applet, and offers delayed open access services. This journal has been indexed in the CSSCI since 2008.

Journal of Information Resources Management (in Chinese) was launched in 201l. It is supervised by Ministry of Education of China and managed by Wuhan University, and undertaken by the School of Information Management and the Center for Studies of Information Resources, Wuhan University. This journal is the first academic journal with the same subject name in the field of information resources management, and has become the source journal of CSSCI since 2019, core journal of AMI comprehensive evaluation of Chinese journals of Humanities and Social Sciences, indexed in the Reprint Index of Newspapers and Journals by Renmin University of China. Journal of Information Resources Management (in Chinese) has its own website, online submission and reviewing system, WeChat official account, and offers open access services.
