On the morning of September 17, 2020, Xingrong Fu, CPC Secretary of our school, Wei Lu, Dean of our school, Hua Wang, Associate Dean of our school, Jianmin Li, a retired teacher at Wuhan University made a special visit to Mr. Xuzhou Zhou, an outstanding alumni of Wuhan University, Chairman of the board of directors and President of U-Home Group.

In the VIP room of U-Home Group, Mr. Xuzhou Zhou extended a warm welcome to the visit of the school leaders and teachers. The school leaders and teachers learned about the entrepreneurial history of U-Home Group, the donation giving back to the society, as well as the group's brilliant achievements in real estate, financial investment, medical and health fields in recent years. Mr. Xuzhou Zhou deeply recalled his seven years of study in our school, and inquired in detail about our school's discipline and professional development, graduates' employment and the health status of his teachers.

Wei Lu introduced to Mr. Xuzhou Zhou about the situation of the school in recent years in terms of discipline development, talents construction and personnel training. On behalf of the school, Xingrong Fu expressed sincere congratulations and heartfelt admiration for Mr. Xuzhou Zhou's brilliant achievements in the business and his pioneering spirit, he also expressed his heartfelt appreciation for Mr. Xuzhou Zhou’s long-term care and support for the education cause of the university and the school. He invited Mr. Xuzhou Zhou to visit the school and share his learning and entrepreneurial experience with his younger brother and younger sister. Mr. Xuzhou Zhou expressed his gratitude for the special visit of the school, and expressed his expectation for a return visit to the school to contribute to the development of the school and university.

Mr. Xuzhou Zhou was a 1978-year-level undergraduate student and 1982-year-level graduate student majored in Library Science of our school. He founded U-Home Group in the year of 1992. He is now the Chairman and President of U-Home Group, Executive Director and Chairman of Meilleure Health International Industry Group, and the Chairman of Zhongjia Capital(Wuhan) Investment Management Co., Ltd. He was elected as Vice President of Alumni Entrepreneur Association of Wuhan University in 2013, the Eighth Outstanding Alumni of Wuhan University in 2018, and he is also the only alumni who was awarded the title of Outstanding Alumni of Wuhan University of our school. In 2019, he was selected into the list of 100 Chinese Entrepreneurs.
