The digital technology has been rebuilding the publishing industry and changing the higher education of publishing globally. Under the strong promotion of Chinese government, the transformation and upgrading of the traditional publishing industry in China has reached a new height, the copyright business has greatly improved, and the talent training has vigorously progressed. Against such a backdrop, the 6^th International Conference on Publishing Industry and Publishing Education in the Digital Age will be jointly hosted by Wuhan University（PRC）, Pace University (USA), Senior Publishing Talent Training Base of Wuhan University- GAPP （PRC） and Higher Education Press（PRC） on November 2^nd- 3^rd, 2019 in Wuhan University. The organizer warmly welcomes scholars and experts from domestic and overseas industrial, academic and educational institutions etc. to actively contribute to and to participate in the Conference, and to discuss about hot issues of publishing industry and its publishing education in the digital age.

Manuscript Requirements

1. The papers which submitted to this conference should not be published or accepted by other journals or conferences.

2. Contributions either in Chinese or in English are accepted in MS Word or PDF.

3. Basic requirements of format and elements of the summited papers are as follows:

(1) Title;

(2) Author's name;

(3) Abstract in both Chinese and English (about150 words in Chinese or 200 in English);

(4) Chinese and English keywords (3～5 keywords);

(5) References (Please refer to PUBLISHING JOURNAL or APA style );

(6) Author profile: name, affiliation, title/ position, research fields, contact information (mailing address, telephone and email address).

Note: For Chinese articles, please translate the above items (1)～(3) into English and put them below. For English articles, translate (1)～(3) above into Chinese and place them below.

4. Article length: less than 6000 words

Any Other Matters

1. The submitted manuscripts will be peer-reviewed. The accepted papers will be published in the proceedings of the Conference and the awarded papers will be published in PUBLISHING JOURNAL (all publishing fees involved will be charged separately).

2. At least one author of each accepted paper should participate the conference.

3. Best conference papers and Excellent Student Papers will be selected and awarded in this meeting.

4. The registration fee is 1000 Yuan RMB for each participant, students have 50% discount as long as valid document provided.

5. Both travel and accommodation cost should be covered by participants.
