Yiwei Gong's introduction of the case study method closely focused on the practical problem of the digital transformation of the government, and through the timing analysis of the relevant events in the five-year period, discussed the law of the change of organizational factors in the process of the digital transformation of the government. He proposed to fully understand the digital transformation of the government from a cross-level perspective.

Explainable machine learning method, with its high reliability and transparency, is more in line with the essence of scientific research and exploration of internal mechanism.
