Yi Zhou, a graduate majors in Information Science, is about to join in development position at Alibaba, shared his job-seeking experience from three aspects: preparation, interview experience and job selection. He suggested that students should plan their practice time in peacetime to ensure that they can play at an active condition during the interview. At the same time, students should combine their own personality and specialty to choose a position.
Jian Shi, a graduate majors in E-commerce, is about to become a natural language processing algorithm engineer at Lenovo. He focused on sharing the job-hunting experience of Internet technology posts, and suggested that students could improve themselves by watching Bilibili videos, reproducing high-quality thesis experiments, learning experiences from blogs and participating in competitions.
Linna Zhao, a graduate majors in Management Science and Engineering, will soon become product manager at Ant Group. For the position of Internet product manager, she shared her personal background, preparation, CV and interview experience in job hunting. She pointed out that education and internship experience should be the emphasis of CV, and results in details of each experience should be mentioned, and by paying more attention to product field usually can one be favored in interviews.
Xiaowen Gao, a graduate majors in Library Science, has passed the civil service examination. She shared the preparation methods and attentions of various civil service examination questions. She believed that the focus of civil service examination interview is to lay a solid foundation, strengthen practice and form one’s own style.
Tian Zhou, a graduate majors in Secrecy Management, suggested that one should give full play to one’s passion, and create more job-seeking opportunities for oneself through communication. She told her job-seeking experience in vivid sentences and had targeted communication with the students present.
