Wei Lu extended a warm welcome to Qi Li and his team, and expressed heartfelt thanks to Professor Qi Li for his guidance and support to the development of E-commerce in our school. Jiang Wu introduced the discipline situation from the aspects of historical development, social reputation, teachers' scientific research achievements, characteristic training system of E-commerce, contest training system, etc. Liyi Zhang introduced the goal and direction of talent training. Weiwei Yan introduced the thoughts of the curricular system revision. Wenchao You put forward suggestions on E-commerce talents cultivation from the perspective of enterprise, and made a proposal of cooperation.

Qi Li affirmed the achievements of E-commerce in our school, and pointed out that during the 14th Five-Year Plan period, the development of e-commerce faced new opportunities and challenges. He hoped that in the future, the exchanges and cooperation between the two sides could be strengthened, and it is possible to start from co-building a virtual teaching and research laboratory, and the advantages of talents and resources would be used to help the discipline construction and talent cultivation of the SIM. At the same time, he suggested that in the process of educating students, we should pay equal attention to theory and practice, promote the combination of teaching development with government, industry, university and scientific research institution, and discover, analyze and solve problems from the practical battlefield.

Participants also had in-depth exchanges on how to promote theoretical innovation, improve the training system and other aspects of collaboration. On the basis of the virtual teaching and research laboratory, they put forward a cooperative idea of establishing a virtuous circle of "production-learning-research". Participants hoped that both sides could further fully promote the implementation of cooperative projects and jointly promote the high-level construction of E-commerce.
