Recently,Wuhan University Youth League Committee publishedthe work evaluation results of all the Youth League committees in 2021, andSIM Youth League Committeewas awarded theWuhan University May 4th Red Flag Youth League Committeeagain. There were only fiveYouth League committees won this award in Wuhan University.This is the third consecutive year that our school has won the highest honor in theWuhan University Youth League committee work.

In 2021, under the leadership of the SIM Party Committee and Wuhan University Youth League Committee, the SIM Youth League Committee solidly carried out the centennial theme education of the Party’s history, and a number of advanced students models of studying Party’s history emerged in the school; Create a brand with ideological and political characteristics, carry out Youth Ideological and Political Course: Walking Dictionary, and hold the May 4th Red Song Festival for 13 consecutive years; Organized young talents and students' backbone to form a Light Cavalry and preach theoretical knowledge of the Communist Party, and 7 teachers and students among them were selected into the university-level preaching team. One branch was awarded the Wuhan University May 4th Red Flag Youth League Branch, two undergraduates were awarded the Self-improvement Stars of Chinese College Students, and one young talent was awarded the Wuhan University Youth May 4th Medal; SIM won one national silver prize and one bronze prize in the 7th China International College Students' "Internet +" Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, and one national special prize and one first prize in the 11th China National College Student "Innovation, Originality and Entrepreneurship" Challenge; SIM has set up a Wuhan University special social practice program, one teacher was awarded as an Outstanding Individual in the Summer Culture, Science and Technology and Public Health Going to Rural Areas Social Practice Activity of National College Student Volunteers, one team was awarded as Hubei Province Excellent Practice Team, 12 Wuhan University Outstanding Achievement Awards, and one special prize of Wuhan University Practical Style Competition.

In 2021, SIM won a number of group honors, such as 2021 Wuhan University Advanced Group in College Students’ Extracurricular Academic Science and Technology Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competitions, 2021 Wuhan University Outstanding Organization Unit of Students’ Summer Social Practice Activities, 2021 Wuhan University China Postgraduate Innovation and Practice Series Contests Advanced Group, 2021 Wuhan University Sunshine Sports Advanced Group, and kept polishing the brand of SIM.
