个人简介

刘萍，女，博士，博士后，教授，博士生导师。1999年至2004年留学英国利兹大学计算机及信息学院，获博士学位。2014年获得国家公派访问学者项目资助前往美国威斯康星大学密尔沃基分校信息研究学院出国访学，并与该校Iris Xie教授开展了项目合作。2016年晋升为教授，2017年遴选为博士生指导教师。先后主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家自然科学基金青年项目、教育部人文社科研究项目、湖北省教育厅人文社科研究项目等项目，参与教育部人文社会科学重点研究基地重大项目、国家自然科学基金项目、国家社科基金面上项目、教育部哲学社会科学研究重大课题攻关项目等。开设双语教学课程有信息检索(本科)，知识管理(研究生)等，国家精品课程《信息检索》主讲人之一。近年来，在国内外核心期刊和重要国际学术会议上发表论文70余篇，其中多篇论文被SCI、EI、CSSCI等重要检索机构收录，多次参加国际国内的知名学术会议(如iConference, JCDL等)，并在会议上宣读论文。在科学出版社、中国科学技术出版社等国内知名出版社出版学术专著3部，译著1部。同时，兼任国家自然科学基金通讯评审专家、国内外多个学术期刊的审稿专家。
